TAKESEN means Bamboo Source. In times marked by uncertainty and fragility, our proposal is inspired by the wisdom of bamboo and the values that this millennia-old plant symbolizes. Every organization is different, and its evolution depends on both internal and external contexts, as well as the will of top management and ownership. However, we understand that it is essential today to unite two key aspects: the organization's ability to function effectively and the meaning its activities bring to employees and other stakeholders. In this way, all our services share a common denominator: helping organizations become more progressive, more complete, more humane, and adapted to current times, all of which enables them to achieve good economic results. We present some key services we offer, which are complemented by various types of consulting and mentoring, along with many more resources for organizations that embrace more horizontal models, where trust, responsibility, and human relationships are fundamental pillars.
