Conflict in organizations
Uli Escorihuela
10:00 AM – The Role of Conflict in Organizations with Uli Escorihuela. A presentation to understand the role of conflict from the theory of living systems and its contribution to human organizations.
TAKESEN
Miquel Castellví
TAKESEN means Bamboo Source. In times marked by uncertainty and fragility, our proposal is inspired by the wisdom of bamboo and the values that this millennia-old plant symbolizes. Every organization is different, and its evolution depends on both internal and external contexts, as well as the will of top management and ownership. However, we understand that it is essential today to unite two key aspects: the organization's ability to function effectively and the meaning its activities bring to employees and other stakeholders. In this way, all our services share a common denominator: helping organizations become more progressive, more complete, more humane, and adapted to current times, all of which enables them to achieve good economic results. We present some key services we offer, which are complemented by various types of consulting and mentoring, along with many more resources for organizations that embrace more horizontal models, where trust, responsibility, and human relationships are fundamental pillars.
Chōwa: A Sanctuary for Balance. A Space for Transformation.
Piedra Muda LAB
After consolidating its impact at the Festival of Consciousness (FOC'25) in Barcelona, Piedra Muda LAB moves its cutting-edge technology to the intimacy of its studio. Chōwa (調和) is not an invitation to superficial rest, but an excellent opportunity for the most honest act that exists: facing ourselves. We start from an irrefutable technical and philosophical premise: energy does not lie. In the noise of everyday life, the body holds a truth that the mind often ignores. Chōwa uses high-precision biometric sensors to capture and map your physical, emotional, and mental state in real time. An individual and ephemeral orchestration: The session is a purely individual experience. Your biometric data is not only measured; it is transformed. The system processes your unique frequency to generate, in that very present moment, an atmosphere of visuals and sound frequencies designed exclusively to resonate with you. It is a dialogue between your biology and technology: an immersion where you see yourself, hear yourself, and calibrate yourself. Rigour and Validation: This experiential device is the result of three years of scientific research, validating its capability for orchestrating states of consciousness and the recovery of homeostasis. It is not chance; it is engineering applied to being. Experience details: Sessions: Individual, private, and personalized. Languages: Sessions available in Spanish and English (sessions available in English).
Another way of thinking is possible: Collective Wisdom
Uli Escorihuela
We live in complex times, full of challenges that we cannot solve individually. In this talk, we explore what Collective Wisdom is, how it is activated in diverse groups, and why it can be one of our greatest tools for the present and the future. Thinking together — with respect, listening, and purpose — can make a huge difference. Discovering how to transform our conversations into spaces of meaning, care, and shared intelligence allows us to navigate reality with greater awareness and presence. In this talk, we will discover what Collective Wisdom is and why it is so necessary today, in times of uncertainty, change, and information overload. We explore what conditions a group needs to think well collectively: how to generate trustful spaces, how to welcome differences without them becoming conflict, and how to move from scattered or tense conversations to dialogues that generate clarity, meaning, and more accurate decisions.
