2. When do we collect your personal data?
Through the forms on the website:
Event registration application form: the registration application is made through a registration form to be completed by the interested party with the requested data and attach the required information if applicable.
Whenever the registration requires payment, the payment process is redirected to a third party which means that the Association will not have access to your bank details, we will only receive confirmation that the payment has been made.
Volunteer registration form: you can register as a volunteer from the website by providing your contact details so that we can contact you.
Forms for partners and sponsors: if you are interested in collaborating with us, you can provide us with your contact details using the forms provided on the website. We will contact you to offer you all the additional information you may require and, if you are interested, to formalize a collaboration contract.
In contacts after sending a registration or collaboration form: registrants may be contacted to request additional information or clarification on the information provided in the application, as well as for the sending of information that has been requested in the registration if it is the case.
During the event: during the event you may interact with us and provide us with additional information. We will collect information about your attendance and participation in the event when accrediting you at the different events.
Queries, complaints and claims: from the web we make available different channels to contact us to which you can address in case you have any additional questions, complaints or claims, if the case arises we will collect the necessary data to resolve your query or manage your claim.
When you authorize us to send you advertising: when you consent to receive commercial communications from us.
Through Cookies: the web installs cookies that collect information about navigation, we recommend that you read the cookies policy to have all the information about it.
3. Purposes and legitimacy for the use of your data
The following table shows the purposes for which we may use the personal information you provide to us and we relate them to the legitimate basis that allows us to carry out the processing:

4. Capture and use of images during the event
You should know that the Association, in order to promote the events and activities in which it collaborates, may capture images and / or videos of the participants in the event, this capture can be done by the Association, directly or through contracted third parties. This data processing will be done on the basis of legitimate interest. The captures may be published on the Internet, the website of the Association or the event, on social media pages, magazines and publications.
This activity does not confer any right of remuneration or benefit to the subjects that may occasionally appear in the captures.
5. How long will we keep your personal data?
The data of the participants in the event will be processed for the duration of the registration process. Once the registration has been confirmed, they will be processed until the end of the event.
The data related to the payment of the registration will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the tax obligations.
The data used for the formalization of collaboration contracts will be governed by what is indicated in the corresponding contracts. If no contract is formalized, the data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
The volunteers’ data will be kept until the end of the event, although they may be used for other events as long as the volunteer has given his/her consent.
If we have your permission to send you communications, we will keep your data until you express your wish to stop receiving these communications or until 3 years have elapsed since your last interaction with us. We remind you that all commercial communications have a link that allows you to unsubscribe with a single click.
In any of the above situations, at the end of these periods, the data will be kept blocked for the legally determined period in order to defend against possible claims and to comply with any legal obligations that may have arisen.
6. To which recipients can your data be communicated?
Your personal data will be processed by the staff of the Association. It is only intended to be communicated to public administrations for the fulfilment of legal obligations.
In the case of the data of registered participants and volunteers, they may be provided to third parties when this is necessary to manage access to the event facilities and to manage participation in the programmed activities.
7. What are your rights when you provide us with personal data?
If we process your data you should know that your rights are:
- Right to request access to personal data: you will be able to ask the Association if it is processing your data and to access them.
- The right to request rectification if the data is inaccurate, or to complete the data that we have incomplete.
- The right to request the deletion of your data.
- The right to request the restriction of their processing.
- Right to object to the processing: the Association will stop processing personal data, with the exception of data that must continue to be processed for reasons provided for by law.
- Right to data portability: in the event that the user wants his/her data to be processed by another data controller, the Association will facilitate the transfer of his/her data to the new data controller.
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your personal data.
At the Association we process data on the basis of consent and you should be aware that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

Whenever you consider it appropriate, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/.
Remember that you are responsible for the data you provide us with, so your data must be truthful, accurate and you must keep them updated.
8. Data of minors
The events organized by the Association are aimed at all age groups, including minors, who will be admitted free of charge.
Fathers, mothers or legal representatives will be the ones to purchase the tickets to access the fairgrounds and complete the authorization for minors. Both documents will be required for admission to the fairgrounds. You can download the authorization here.
9. How did we obtain your data?
If you have registered for an event or filled in one of our forms, the data we will process will be the data you provide to us. You must always provide true information about yourself and update your personal details as they change, as we must have your current information.
The user shall not include personal data of third parties without having obtained their prior consent and having informed them of this privacy policy, the user being solely responsible for the legality of the data provided.
10. Modifications
We will only use your personal data as set out in this document which is in force at the time we collect your information. In the event that the Association carries out a modification on the processing of your data we will inform you in a timely manner.
