The Website has been created and is managed by FUNDACIÓ FOC (hereinafter, the “Foundation” or “FOC”), with registered address at Alella, Calle Joan Maragall 27, (08328), holder of Tax ID number G26842054, registered in Section 1 of the Register of Foundations of the Government of Catalonia under number 3525 (hereinafter, the “Foundation” or “We”).

These Terms of Use apply to and govern the use and enjoyment of the Website. By accepting them, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with their content. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the Website.

The Foundation reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice by publishing such updates on the Website itself. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the Terms of Use each time you access the Website. If you do not accept the modifications, you must stop using the Website.

2. Conditions of Use

The user undertakes to use the Website, including all its tools, widgets, chats, etc., in accordance with the law and the provisions of this Agreement.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
