FOC celebrates the transformation of consciousness through spaces where trust is neither declared nor imposed: it is cultivated through shared experience, where people dare to see one another, listen to one another, and recognize themselves as part of the same process—one that unfolds into a consciousness applied in every moment of everyday life.
In Mexico this initiative emerges within a fertile ground where the transformation of consciousness is not a trend; it has always been part of the culture, and today, renewing trust is essential.
An initiative that is already alive through intimate and transformative gatherings, and will blossom into the first Festival of Consciousness Mexico in 2027.
Why now, and why Mexico?
In an accelerated and fragmented world, we need spaces where consciousness becomes a driver of collective change.
Over the past few years, FOC Barcelona has built ties with Mexico through an active volunteer community in Mexico City, Mexican and Latin American speakers at previous editions, and the commitment of European and American leaders to take part in this edition.
With its diversity, creativity and 22 million inhabitants, Mexico City is the ideal epicentre to begin this conversation.

Proyectos Públicos
Proyectos Públicos and FOC are united by a shared intention to foster the interrelation of diverse communities through the creation of spaces for expression, celebration, and connection.
With the aim of sharing different perspectives on how consciousness is explored through the themes of life, we have created a series of talks and experiences that take place across the various venues of Proyectos Públicos embodying visions that seek to build new narratives, contribute to a culturally vibrant future, and be part of the transformation of consciousness in the world.
ÉBAU
ÉBAU and FOC México come together to create experiences where art, the body and consciousness are in dialogue, opening a meeting space true to the essence of both projects. The collaboration grows from a natural affinity: two platforms that see space as something alive, a place that is not only occupied but experienced, transformed and inhabited through presence.
Bahidorá Festival
Bahidorá and FOC share a sense of community, diversity and the exploration of a state of lucidity and consciousness.
At Bahidorá 2026, FOC led a guided movement session combined with breathing exercises to regulate the nervous system, set to the rhythm of the music.
The soundscape that accompanied the practice was intended to guide everyone collectively towards celebration and dance.
Soho House Mexico City
“Respira” was born from the connection and collaborative spirit between FOC and Soho House, one of the most eclectic clubs for the creative industries in Mexico City.
Inspired by the annual programme we run at Casa Batlló in Barcelona, this initiative sets out to show that another way of starting the day is possible: away from screens, messages, emails, stress and to-dos, connecting instead with the most basic and accessible gesture we have as human beings: breathing.
