TAKESEN
Miquel Castellví
TAKESEN means Bamboo Source. In times marked by uncertainty and fragility, our proposal is inspired by the wisdom of bamboo and the values that this millennia-old plant symbolizes. Every organization is different, and its evolution depends on both internal and external contexts, as well as the will of top management and ownership. However, we understand that it is essential today to unite two key aspects: the organization's ability to function effectively and the meaning its activities bring to employees and other stakeholders. In this way, all our services share a common denominator: helping organizations become more progressive, more complete, more humane, and adapted to current times, all of which enables them to achieve good economic results. We present some key services we offer, which are complemented by various types of consulting and mentoring, along with many more resources for organizations that embrace more horizontal models, where trust, responsibility, and human relationships are fundamental pillars.
BREATH IN SOUND: JOY OF BEING
Facilitator
An immersive experience of breath, body, and sound with a live DJ set. No prior experience is needed – Just a desire to feel. The body knows how to celebrate. Sometimes it just needs your permission. Breath in Sound: Joy of Being is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to return to the body, let go of control, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive. Through conscious and guided breathing, movement, and music, we explore different states of the body, attention, and energy. The DJ set happens live and is part of the practice: the rhythm, intensity, and sound evolve alongside the breath and guide the journey. THE EXPERIENCE We begin with a movement practice and connection with the body to arrive in the present moment. From there, we enter a guided breathwork journey alongside a live DJ set, where the music is not in the background: it sets the rhythm, transforms the intensity, and accompanies the breath throughout the experience. We slowly close with journaling and a space to share and integrate what has been experienced. WHAT IS THE JOY OF BEING? It is not euphoria. It is not pretending that everything is fine. It is that moment when you stop holding back, justifying yourself, trying to be something more. And you simply are… Whole. Present. Free. The pleasure of being here: in your body, in your life, in this moment.
1:1 Art Therapy Sessions - Spanish and English
Sabrina Bermudez
Art therapy offers a space for inquiry, integration, and genuine exploration. Through dialogue, artistic expression, and contemplative practices, these individual sessions support participants in relating to their experience with greater honesty and awareness. This work brings together personal and spiritual development as part of a shared process of maturation and self-discovery. A central aspect of this approach is the discernment between the self-image shaped by the past, the ideal self projected into the future, and the experiential self, which can only be encountered fully in the present moment. Why this work now? We live in a time in which the same images, desires, and narratives circulate at great speed. We often give our attention to ways of thinking, feeling, and desiring that repeat themselves again and again, while imagination, intuition, and symbolic understanding are increasingly pushed to the margins. Stepping out of repetition and the homogenisation of human experience becomes a profoundly vital task. Art offers something radically simple and deeply human: a way of participating in life rather than merely consuming it. It leads us towards the liberation of our creative capacity, an inherent force of life itself seeking expression through us. The result is greater vitality, inner freedom, clarity of direction, authenticity, and a fuller and more responsible way of inhabiting our own lives.

Ora Özer
In this weekly class, you’ll explore Future Refuge, a visualization practice from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition that harnesses the power of your mind to access your most evolved state of being. By visualizing the version of yourself who already embodies all the qualities you aspire to have, you create an inner mentor guiding you toward those qualities in your daily life. Each session blends an introduction to the philosophy and its application to your modern life, a guided meditation, and a space for discussion, providing a consistent environment to reconnect with your highest potential and strengthen the inner causes of lasting transformation. Open to all levels, no previous experience with meditation is required.

Chōwa: A Sanctuary for Balance. A Space for Transformation.
Piedra Muda LAB
After consolidating its impact at the Festival of Consciousness (FOC'25) in Barcelona, Piedra Muda LAB moves its cutting-edge technology to the intimacy of its studio. Chōwa (調和) is not an invitation to superficial rest, but an excellent opportunity for the most honest act that exists: facing ourselves. We start from an irrefutable technical and philosophical premise: energy does not lie. In the noise of everyday life, the body holds a truth that the mind often ignores. Chōwa uses high-precision biometric sensors to capture and map your physical, emotional, and mental state in real time. An individual and ephemeral orchestration: The session is a purely individual experience. Your biometric data is not only measured; it is transformed. The system processes your unique frequency to generate, in that very present moment, an atmosphere of visuals and sound frequencies designed exclusively to resonate with you. It is a dialogue between your biology and technology: an immersion where you see yourself, hear yourself, and calibrate yourself. Rigour and Validation: This experiential device is the result of three years of scientific research, validating its capability for orchestrating states of consciousness and the recovery of homeostasis. It is not chance; it is engineering applied to being. Experience details: Sessions: Individual, private, and personalized. Languages: Sessions available in Spanish and English (sessions available in English).
