Have you ever found yourself in any of these situations? * Do you struggle to find your place on the team or see how you make an impact? * Do you notice that some people have more of a "voice" than others, even if they don't always have stronger arguments? * Beyond official titles, are there people with a lot of influence... who aren't aware of how they use their power? With this course you will learn to: 1. Understand how (informal) power is structured in groups and teams. 2. Identify the mechanisms that create invisible hierarchies of influence and potential abuses. 3. Learn to exercise your influence with greater awareness, respect, and effectiveness.
