I have prepared two lunar sessions, two afternoons full of love, magic, and good moments ❤️‍🔥 In both sessions, we will start with a yoga and somatic movement session adapted for all levels, to reconnect with yourself and disconnect from the noise of daily life. Afterwards, we will breathe and meditate to connect with your essence. We will end the lunar ritual by putting everything back in its place, with a moment to connect, give thanks, and return to the earth. At the end, we will have a light dinner as an offering to ourselves and the world. ❤️ The sessions take place in a magical space among the mountains of Camarasa, immersed in nature. Both sessions are from 7 PM to 10 PM, full moon on Sunday 26/7 and new moon on Sunday 9/8. Full Moon: Sunday 26/7 we gather to open the path - to liberate, transform, and expand - creating space and openness. New Moon: Sunday 9/8 we gather to sow the future - connecting, setting intentions, and growing - materializing our dreams.
