Breaze Transformative Breathwork is an immersive conscious breathing experience using headphones and eye masks, designed to allow participants to enter altered states of consciousness and access deep emotional healing. The foundation is Conscious Connected Breathing, a continuous flow of breath that activates the body, expands awareness, and opens a gateway to clarity, release, and transformation. As the journey unfolds, participants expand their energy and compassion from themselves outward to the space, the city, the country, and the planet, remembering their belonging to the whole. Guided by Björn Stubner, with carefully curated music, visualizations, and a safe container, the experience invites participants to move beyond layers of identity — beyond race, gender, nationality, or belief — and reconnect with who they are as interconnected human beings. Toward the end, a brief journaling moment (materials provided) supports integration and connection with inner wisdom. The session concludes with a sharing circle, creating a space of openness and collective awareness to ground the experience.
