Bio
I am here, in this moment of my life. I am a woman who draws to explore and understand the mystery of being alive. Over time, that drawing has expanded into the body and movement. Art was my first language: a way to touch the invisible, to dialogue with the energy that inhabits and permeates all things. Later, yoga found me—or reminded me—that the body also knows, that life unfolds when we stop resisting. Today, I open and hold spaces where people can approach themselves, explore who they are, and inhabit their experiences with greater honesty and confidence, in openness to humanity as it is. My task is to be, in some way, the fire in the center of the home: a place where it is possible to rest, open up, and transform, in a deep remembering. My journey includes illness, migration, and a profound internal inquiry that continues to this day. I was born in Córdoba, Argentina, and I live in Barcelona. My practice has been woven through years of study, exploration, and direct experience. I accompany as a transdisciplinary art therapist in intimate circles, individual processes, and various trainings in which I collaborate, sharing practices I have developed over the last few years. My work also extends to the creation of gardens as a form of accompaniment and connection with the living.
Activities
1:1 Art Therapy Sessions - Spanish and English
Art therapy offers a space for inquiry, integration, and genuine exploration. Through dialogue, artistic expression, and contemplative practices, these individual sessions support participants in relating to their experience with greater honesty and awareness. This work brings together personal and spiritual development as part of a shared process of maturation and self-discovery. A central aspect of this approach is the discernment between the self-image shaped by the past, the ideal self projected into the future, and the experiential self, which can only be encountered fully in the present moment. Why this work now? We live in a time in which the same images, desires, and narratives circulate at great speed. We often give our attention to ways of thinking, feeling, and desiring that repeat themselves again and again, while imagination, intuition, and symbolic understanding are increasingly pushed to the margins. Stepping out of repetition and the homogenisation of human experience becomes a profoundly vital task. Art offers something radically simple and deeply human: a way of participating in life rather than merely consuming it. It leads us towards the liberation of our creative capacity, an inherent force of life itself seeking expression through us. The result is greater vitality, inner freedom, clarity of direction, authenticity, and a fuller and more responsible way of inhabiting our own lives.
