Nathalia Vernizzi de ONIRIA

I am Nathalia Vernizzi from ONIRIA, I was born in Brazil and have always remembered my dreams. I started writing them down in journals from a very young age, and at 17, I had my first lucid out-of-body experience... something that happened spontaneously and without any kind of control for an entire year, including sleep paralysis and other oneiric experiences that caused me a lot of distress. After moving to Barcelona, studying Media and earning a Master's degree in Cinematography, I made my first feature documentary, Flyers, a film that aims to demystify out-of-body experiences from a human and natural perspective, capturing my own journey of learning and acceptance. At the same time, I began my studies in psychology, psychoanalysis, neuroscience, and baby sleep. I founded ONIRIA in 2013 as a production company, and in recent years, the project has evolved into an academy and psychotherapy clinic. I guide my patients to dive into the unconscious through psychoanalytic psychotherapy sessions and teach the "art of Dreaming" through the Oniria & Vigilia method, the result of over 20 years of experiences, research and studies. My life's purpose is to promote the projection of consciousness as a natural potential of every human being, discussing "astral travel" in a practical way and with our feet on the ground. After all, if we are all conscious beings, we are all Flyers... so I invite you to fly with me and awaken in your dreams.
