Linnea Bergström

Bio

Of Scandinavian origin, she grew up in close contact with the nature of Northern Europe, where the body, silence, and cycles are part of everyday life. She started her journey through yoga and has since deepened over 18 years in breathing practices, body awareness, and presence. Her own process, marked by anxiety and the search for real forms of support and regulation, shaped the way she works today: with structure, sensitivity, and respect for the body's rhythms. Currently, she accompanies individuals and groups through breathwork, somatic movement, and body awareness, integrating practices for nervous system regulation and embodied change, with a trauma-sensitive approach aimed at integration into daily life. She facilitates sessions by creating safe containers where people can return to the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.

The Circle - Monthly Meetup

Our community to grow together, support each other, and share knowledge. You are welcome to join! The Circle is a space to meet, learn, share, and grow. We created it together, addressing topics that interest the group, including mindfulness techniques, knowledge about the nervous system, somatics, and much more. We meet once a month, in a continuous format to grow together. It is a non-profit space, based on donations.
