Daniel Lumera

Biography

Daniel Lumera, a naturalistic biologist and researcher in sociology of cultural and communicative processes, is a lecturer and international reference in the area of the sciences of well-being, quality of life and the practice of meditation, which he studied and deepened with Anthony Elenjimittam, a direct disciple of Sant’Egidio Gandhi. Best-selling author of La cura del perdono (Mondadori, 2016), co-author of Ventuno giorni per rinascere (Mondadori, 2018) and La via della leggerezza (Mondadori, 2019) and, together with Immaculata De Vivo, of Biologia della gentilezza (Mondadori, 2020), La lezione della farfalla (Mondadori, 2021) and Ecologia Interiore (Mondadori, 2022). In 2023 he published in Spanish “La biología de la gentilezza” (Diana).
