Biography
Anshulika Dubey has worked at the intersection of media, technology and entrepreneurship for over a decade. She considers herself as a creative entrepreneur, who wants to solve problems facing the creative industry with the help of technology.
Her aim is to make the world realize the importance of art & culture in society and create ecosystems where artists can thrive. She is an INK Fellow and holds the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia award for her contribution to the creative industry.
Her professional journey began with the consulting firm McKinsey & Co., where she worked on solving business problems of some of the top fortune 500 companies and also on social sector projects. She then went on to start Wishberry, India’s first crowdfunding platform for creative artists in India to help artists gain easy access to capital. Wishberry helped 600+ artists raise over $3 million from 100K+ people across the world.
She also forayed into producing independent films of upcoming Indian filmmakers. Her films gained international recognition at film festivals such as the Venice International Film Festival and Tribeca and have gone on to be acquired by OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon and Sony.
