I was born in Santander and studied Computer Engineering at the UPC in Barcelona and a PDG at IESE. In 2008 I co-founded the first app development company in the state -Mobivery- which grew from 8 to 80 people in a couple of years, and the need to have data that would allow us to understand our teams and evolve our company culture led us to develop the first version of Happyforce. As a result, we won the award as the best company to work for in Spain, according to Best Place to Work (three years in a row!) When we saw the success and the value that Happyforce data brought us in the leadership of the company, we decided to launch the project as a new company and make it available to all organizations that put people first. When I understood that the best way to learn is to teach, I started teaching Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at ESIC and The Valley Business School, I love to discover how the relationship between body, mind and emotions works, that’s why I am passionate about nutrition, meditation and martial arts.
